Heavy rains, localized flooding

An official estimate of the amount of rain that fell over Bourbon County during the weekend was not available Tuesday, but it was enough to cause some localized flooding. One area that flooded was the Riverfront Park, which is bordered by the Marmaton River and Mill Creek. There is a chance for more rain each day this week.
