The Keystone Award honors a person or couple who has continually been a source of support to their community. The Buerges were honored for giving back to their community the last several years, including Steve's involvement with the Bourbon County Economic Development Council (BEDCO) and development projects the organization has contributed to, and the couple's willingness to become involved with betterment of the community.
