Russell (Allan) Kendrick, Jr.

Russell (Allan) Kendrick, Jr., age 77, a former resident of Fort Scott, and more recently of Gold Bar, Wash., died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, in Washington. He was born Sept. 10, 1937, in Fort Scott, the son of Russell Kendrick and Wilma Blair Kendrick. Allan had served for 12 years with the United States Navy. He later worked in the petroleum industry in the Northwest.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl, of the home; a daughter, Shannon DeAnn Kendrick, of Washington state; a granddaughter, and a brother, Jack Kendrick, of Fort Scott. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacie Jean Kendrick as well as his parents.

There was cremation and no services are planned at this time.
