Lloyd Allen Jameson Sr.,

Lloyd Allen Jameson Sr., 66, went to be with the Lord Jan. 16, 2015 in his home after a long illness.

He was born on May 21, 1948 to Roy and Leona Jameson in Boise, Idaho.

Lloyd graduated from Fort Scott High School and was a U.S. Army veteran. He owned and operated Jameson Tree Service for 40 years.

He is survived by his loving wife, Arliss "Nikki," a son Lloyd Jr., two step-sons, Jason T. Buffington and Jacob A. Miller, grandchildren Jesse and Ethan Snider and Sable Kennedy, a brother David Jameson, a sister Paula Mitzner, a niece Karen Jameson, nephews Jerry Mitzner and Duane Mitzner, many aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held at Fort Scott National Cemetery at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29.
