Gordon Dean Williams

Gordon Dean Williams, age 73, resident of Mapleton, Kan., formerly of De Soto, Kan., died Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, at his home. The family will receive friends for viewing on Saturday, Jan. 10, from 10:30 a.m. until leaving for the cemetery at 11 a.m., at the Cheney Witt Chapel. Following burial in the Stevenson Cemetery, the family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Hidden Valley Lakes Clubhouse in Mapleton. Services are under the direction of the Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main, Fort Scott, Kan. Words of remembrance may be submitted to the online celebration wall at cheneywitt.com.
