Uniontown boys drop two

HUMBOLDT -- Uniontown's boys' basketball team lost their final two games in the Humboldt Round-Robin Tournament and finished in fourth place.

Thursday, the Eagles (1-3) fell to Erie, 59-27. David Bradbury led Uniontown with 9 points and 7 rebounds. Garrett Elder scored 7 points, had 5 rebounds and blocked 4 shots.

Friday, Three Rivers League rival Crest prevailed, 54-44. Elder scored 12 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked 6 shots. Colt Sutterby contributed 10 points and 7 boards. Jesse Kuns added 8 points and handed out 5 assists.

Uniontown opens Three Rivers League play tonight with a game at St. Paul.
