UJH boys 1-3 in close games

Uniontown's junior high basketball team opened the season at Northeast on Nov. 20 and just fell short, 25-24. Hayden Miller led Uniontown in scoring with 10 points.

The Eagles went to Crest on Nov. 24, coming out ahead 38-30. Miller had 17 and Noah Reynolds 11.

The Eagles travelled to Jayhawk-Linn on Dec. 1 and lost another close one, 37-33. Miller had 15 and Reynolds had 12.

Thursday, Marmaton Valley spoiled the Eagles' home opener in double overtime, 36-33. Miller scored 18 and Reynolds 10.
