Regan Memorial Tournament scheduled for June 7

The 11th Annual Dave Regan Memorial Softball Tournament will be held June 7 with all proceeds going to the Dave Regan Tiger Tough Scholarship, awarded every year to a senior at Fort Scott High School who has overcome adversity.

The tournament is a co-ed slow-pitch softball tourney. The registration fee is $150 with a limit of 16 teams. The games will be played at Ellis Park. There will be at least a three-game guarantee. The champions will receive T-shirts and an official Major League Baseball autographed by Washington Nationals first baseman Adam LaRoche. The runners-up will receive T-shirts.

There will also be a silent auction with autographed memorabilia from Major League Baseball players throughout the day.
