12 Kid wrestlers quailfy for State Tournament

The following members of the Fort Scott Kid Wrestlers club placed in their age/weight classes at the District 1 Championships last weekend:

* Denton White, second, 8-and-under, 40 pounds.

* Malachi Larsen, fourth, 8-and-under, 43 lbs.

* Jasper Allison, fourth, 8-and-under, 55 lbs.

* Corbin White, third, 10-and-under, 58 lbs.

* Jacob Stinnett, fourth, 10-and-under, 67 lbs.

* Coby Burchett, third, 10-and-under, 76 lbs.

* Malachi Vann, second, 10-and-under, 85 lbs.

* Bryce Eck, third, 10-and-under, 85 lbs.

* Brody White, second, 12-and-under, 76 lbs.

* Colt Eck, second, 12-and-under, 110 lbs.

* Derek Bollinger, first, 14-and-under, 120 lbs.

* Zarek Fewell, fourth, 14-and-under, 135 lbs.

Each have qualfied for the State Tournament, to be held in Topeka.
