Dorothy Lucille Izewski

Dorothy Lucille Izewski, age 90, resident of Fort Scott, Kan., died Monday, June 17, 2013, at Mercy Hospital. We lost a wonderful lady as she went to be reunited with her husband, Anthony Izewski and son Anthony Izewski, Jr. She was a good wife, great mother, amazing grandma, and awesome great grandma. She may have left this earth, but she will never be forgotten and will be carried in the hearts of all who knew her.

She has left behind her daughter, Paulette Rodriguez; and three sons, Ronald, Donald and Jeffery Izewski. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

No local services are planned. Burial will take place at a later date in the Saint Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, Ill. Local arrangements are in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main. Words of remembrance may be submitted to the online guestbook at cheneywitt.com.
