Uniontown looking to fill two city positions

Following several executive sessions on Tuesday night, Uniontown City Council accepted the resignation of City Maintenance Supervisor Steve Geiger and City Clerk Sara Roufs.

Both resignations were unexpected.

A special meeting was called Wednesday evening to form a plan to fill the positions, Mayor Larry Jurgensen said in a later interview.
