Bourbon Co. Arts Council seeks entries

The Bourbon County Arts Council announces its 21th Annual Fine Arts Competition and Exhibit. The mixed media competition is open to artists 16 and older. Categories include painting, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, drawing and graphics, mixed media, pastels and photography. Entry fee is $7.50 per piece and entry and entry deadline is March 4, 2013.

Cash awards totaling $1550.00 will be made for Best of Show, First Place winners in each category and a Popular Vote winner.

The exhibit will open on March 13th with a reception for participating artists and the juror and will remain open through March 15th at the Danny and Willa Ellis Family Fine Arts Center on the campus of FSCC, 2108 Horton.
