Dennis Ray Mitchell Jr., and Stephanie Mitchell, Prescott, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte Michelle Mitchell, at 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at Mercy Hospital Fort Scott.

Charlotte weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Ell Gillespie, Kansas City, Kan., and Catherine Crawford, Muscatine, Iowa.

Paternal grandparents are Clara Mitchell and Dennis Mitchell Sr., Fort Scott.
