Moses Lee Burton, 32, Fort Scott, was booked into the Bourbon County jail and was sentenced to 48 hours. He is still being held at this time.

Jeffrey Rey Jones, 44, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. Monday by the Fort Scott Police Department for driving while suspended. He was released at 6:48 p.m. the same day for time served.
