Tiger James Yukawa, 27, Burlington, Kan., was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant out of Shawnee County for failure to appear. He posted a cash bond of $50 and was released at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday.

Frank Lynn Miller, 36, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol at 9:08 p.m. Tuesday on a Bourbon County warrant for nonsupport of a child. He posted a $500 cash bond and was released at 10:15 p.m. the same day.

David Joe Wyatt, 54, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to sell. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Robert Ryan Wyatt, 25, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 10:06 a.m. Tuesday for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Duain Howard Lafarge, 47, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday on a Bourbon County warrant for probation violation. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Billy Joe Shadden, 34, Garland, was arrested at 9 a.m. Wednesday by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on a Bourbon County arrest warrant for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated endangering a child, and criminal use of a firearm. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Jamie Ray Harvey, 29, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday on a Bourbon County bench warrant for driving under the influence and a warrant out of Crawford County for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen property. He is still being held at this time with no bond.
