KU Alumni Association sets reception

A reception for University of Kansas alumni is scheduled for noon-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at the Danny and Willa Ellis Family Fine Arts Center on the Fort Scott Community College campus, 2108 S. Horton. As part of the university's annual "Hawk Days of Summer" tour, the KU Alumni Association will be in Fort Scott to share KU news and meet with area Jayhawks.

The reception is free and open to the public. Jayhawk giveaways, snacks and refreshments will be featured. KU Alumni Association members can show their membership card and receive a free 5x7 KU print, or anyone can join at the event.
