Jackman named All-State in Class 4A
Fort Scott High School catcher MacKenzie Jackman was named to the All-Class 4A First Team by the Kansas Softball Coaches Association recently.
Jackman, a junior last year, was one of four players from the Southeast Kansas League chosen. The other three were from SEK champion Labette County. Class 4A State Champion Andale/Garden Plain also had two selected.
Jackman, who transferred in from Idaho Falls, Idaho, before the season began, led the Tigers in batting, doubles and runs batted in.
