Northeast Scott 4-H Club meeting held
Twenty-nine members and three leaders answered roll call to "What is your favorite summer activity?" at the Northeast Scott 4-H Club's June 14 meeting.
Amanda Emmerson and Anna Guilfoyle opened the meeting in singing Zip-a-Dee-Do-Dah.
Sue Reinecke announced that there would be a plant science meeting on July 1 at 2 p.m. at their home.
Grant Hill gave an interesting illustrated talk on the West Nile Virus and Emily Davenport demonstrated how to make chocolate popcorn crunch.
Gage Reinecke gave a project talk on his rabbit, Pepper.
Recreation leaders Mary Gladbach and Anna Guilfoyle led the club in a fun game of Find the Leader.
It was announced that the July meeting would be a fair tour on July 19 at 7:45 p.m.
Each member should be prepared to share one of their exhibits on display.
