Cody Austin Dugger, 20, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 8:28 p.m. Tuesday for theft and obstructing the legal process. He is still being held at this time on a bond in the amount of $2,500.

Chase William Warner, 21, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday on a Bourbon County bench warrant for probation violation. He is still being held at this time with no bond.
