Tucker students to present piano recital

Piano students of Carolyn Tucker will present their annual recital at 7 p.m. Friday, April 27, at First Presbyterian Church, 308 S. Crawford, Fort Scott.

The following students are currently enrolled in the Tucker Music Studio: Kaleb Bailey, Kelcie Bailey, Kiran Bailey, Cally Ballou, Zachary Ballou, Benjamin Banwart, Taylor Cation, Baron Chen, Keiko Chen, Aspin Durbin, Brooke Ford, Jordan Ford, Benjamin Morris and Kenna Savage.

The performing students will present classical pieces composed by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Dvorak, Koelling, Mozart, Strauss, Tchaikovsky and Tieman. This year's program will also include American traditional, sacred, patriotic and favorite melodies such as "My Wild Irish Rose" and "All I Have to Do Is Dream."
