Elementary Music Festivals slated for April and May

The 43rd annual Fort Scott Community College Elementary Music Festivals will be held April 21 and May 5.

On April 21 vocal solos, vocal ensembles, choirs and piano performances will be adjudicated. On May 5 instrumental solos and ensembles, bands and orchestras will be adjudicated.

The Music Festivals are open to any public or private school, studio or home school students through grade 8. There are no required lists or levels. All students at all levels are welcome. Directors and teachers may choose music that they feel is of the appropriate level for their students.
