Law Enforcement Reports

Daniel Todd Ornstein, 47, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 6:20 p.m. Thursday for driving while suspended. He posted a $1,250 bond at 9:22 p.m. Thursday and was later released.

Ray Clinton Nunley, 32, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 10:17 a.m. Thursday on a warrant out of Barton County. He is currently being held with no bond.

Robert Otis McCutchen, 49, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 6:08 p.m. Thursday on battery charge. He is still being held at this time with a $500 bond.

Heather Marie Smith, 26, Fort Scott, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Saturday by the Fort Scott Police Department on DUI. She was released at 3:33 a.m. Monday for nothing filed.

Jordan Garrett Saker, 22, Mapleton, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 1:50 a.m. Sunday on DUI and refusal to submit to breath test. He posted a $1,000 bond at 3:40 a.m. Sunday and was later released.

Philip Mykel Turner, 21, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 12:52 a.m. Saturday for domestic battery. He posted a $1,000 bond at 7:40 p.m. Sunday and was later released.

Dustin Miles Weyant, 24, Tulsa, Okla., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 8:21 p.m. Saturday for criminal damage and battery. He posted a bond of $1,750 at 9:45 p.m. Saturday and was later released.

Ricky Lee Quick, 49, Fort Scott, was turned in to serve 48 hours at 5:05 p.m. Friday. He was released on time served at 5:05 p.m. Sunday.

Moses Lee Burton, 31, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 8:45 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct. He posted a bond of $250 and was later released at 10:12 p.m. the same day.

Sylvia Rachelle Freeman, 57, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 8:10 p.m. Sunday on a Bourbon County warrant. She is still being held at this time with no bond.
