Bond receives doctorate in psychology

On Saturday, Oct. 8, Cody Lee Bond received his doctorate of psychology degree from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. Graduation ceremonies took place at the Gillioz Theater in Springfield, Mo.
He is the son of Eddy and Tammy Bond of Nevada. Cody is a graduate from Nevada High School class of 2002. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Missouri Southern State University in 2006 and a master's degree in clinical psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in 2009. Bond and his wife, Carla, are currently living in Illinois, where he is completing his residency in forensic psychology. The couple is also expecting their first child in late January.
