Christmas parade

The Fort Scott Downtown Christmas Parade is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29.

The expected route will start at Sixth and Main, go north to Wall Street, over to National Avenue and down.

This year's theme is "Christmas on the Range" in observance of Kansas' 150th birthday. There will be activities before and after the parade. For more information or questions, call the chamber at (620) 223-3566.
