Bill Dudley Haley, 41, 614 Barbee, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Oct. 31 at 10:11 p.m. for transporting an open container and discharging fireworks in the city limits. He was released on Nov. 1 at 4:15 a.m.

Harold Eugene Page, 46, 1979 Range Rd., Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Oct. 31 at 9:58 p.m. for transporting an open container and discharging fireworks in the city limits. He was released on Nov. 1 at 4:09 a.m.

Caleb M. Ayres, 24, 18825 1350 Rd., Pleasanton, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Oct. 31 at 5:59 p.m. for a warrant out of another jurisdiction. He is still being held.

Stephanie Marie Short, 30, 906 W. Sixth, Pittsburg, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 1 at 3:31 a.m. for driving while license is suspended. She is still being held at this time.
