Uniontown holds off McAuley, 41-34

UNIONTOWN, Kan. -- Uniontown held off Joplin McAuley here Friday night to win its Homecoming game, 41-34.
The Eagles (2-2) saw quarterback Zach Travis run for a team-leading 97 yards and three touchdowns. He also completed 3 of 6 passes for 63 yards.
McAuley actually outscored Uniontown by one point in the fourth quarter, 14-13, and had more total yards, 337-318.
Jordan Woods and Trenton Miller also scored rushing touchdowns and Seth Sympson hauled in a touchdown reception.
The Eagles host winless Northeast next Friday.
