Harper celebrates 90 years

Friends and family are invited to join Margaret Harper as she celebrates turning 90 years young. A 90th birthday party for Margaret is being held at Buck Run Community Center, 735 Scott, Fort Scott, on Sunday, July 17, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Margart requests no gifts.
