Douglas Allan Harper, 22, 301 S. Clark, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on July 7 at 3:09 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for nonsupport of a child and released the same day at 3:45 p.m. on a $500 bond.

James Edward Sams, 56, 723 E. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on July 8 at 8:49 p.m. for pedestrian under the influence and battery of a law enforcement officer and released on July 10 at 8:55 p.m. for nothing filed.

Bart Jason Chinn, 36, 202 N. Crawford, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on July 8 at 1:28 p.m. for a 48-hour sentence and released on July 10 at 1:28 p.m.

John M. Walrod, 540 W. Second, Prescott, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on July 9 at 10:23 p.m. for DUI and released on July 10 at 12:24 a.m. on a $1,000 bond.

Brandon Eli Crowder, 30, 1102 S. Margrave, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on July 9 at 11:56 p.m. on an Allen County warrant for nonsupport of a child and is still being held.

George Thomas Mellenbruch, 62, 747 S. Wilson, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on July 10 at 3:42 p.m. for disorderly conduct and assault and released on July 10 at 7:37 p.m. on a $500 bond.

Timothy James Wilson, 23, 502 E. Melvin, Arma, Kan., was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on July 10 at 3:42 p.m. for disorderly conduct and battery and released the same day at 8:23 p.m. on a $750 bond.

Retha Lynn Ross, 39, 1217 S. Scott, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on July 10 at 11:23 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for giving a worthless check and released on July 11 at 12:51 a.m. on a $373.50 bond.
