Joshua Kyle Duncan, 18, 3934 Booth St., Kansas City, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon Count Sheriff's Office on June 27 at 2:40 p.m. on four Bourbon County warrants for 1) criminal damage to property, 2) criminal trespass, 3) battery and 4) disorderly conduct and is still being held.
