James Edward Sams, 56, 723 E. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on June 15 at 9:13 p.m. for criminal trespass and released on June 16 at 12:58 p.m. on a $500 bond.

Jerry Michael Wright, 22, 2 North Main, Apt. 305, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on June 16 at 6:01 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for forgery and released on June 16 at 7:47 p.m. on a $5,000 bond.

Christopher Tarrance Harvey, 40, 315 S. Cherokee, Girard, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on June 16 at 1:35 p.m. on three Bourbon County warrants for 1) battery, 2) obstruction of legal process and 3) possession of drugs and is still being held.

Dalton Heath Shannon, 21, 735 S. Wilson, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on June 18 at 3:25 a.m. for DUI and released the same day at 9:34 a.m. for time served.

Edward Lee Piatt, 46, 510 Colorado, Nevada, Mo., was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on June 19 at 1:54 a.m. for DUI and released the same day at 3:44 a.m. on a $1,000 bond.

Brandy Michelle Mellon, 32, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on June 19 at 6:20 p.m. for transportng an open container and released the same day at 8:43 p.m on a $250 bond.

David Gene Marez, 41, 523 S. Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on June 19 at 4:58 p.m. for domestic battery, criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia and is still being held.

Ron Lyn Miller, 24, 108 E. Seventh St., Pleasanton, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on June 17 at 2:50 p.m on a Bourbon County warrant for non support of a child and is still being held.
