Law enforcement reports

Janet Minter Klien, 48, 524 250th St., Garland, was arrested on May 3 at 11:53 a.m. by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for obstructing legal process and transferred to Osawatomie the same day.

Chad Everett Sawyer, 33, 1001 Osbun, Fort Scott, was arrested on May 3 at 7:11 p.m. by the Fort Scott Police Department for domestic battery, criminal damage to property and criminal restraint and is still being held at this time.

Micheal Edward Miotte, 39, Hutchinson Correctional Facility, Hutchinson, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on May 3 at 3:02 p.m., returned to Bourbon County for court and is still being held at this time.
