Law enforcement reports

Anya Grace Sackett, 19, 111 N. Little, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on April 13 at 12:57 a.m. for DUI and no liability insurance and is still being held at this time.

Robert Franklin Wilson, 38, 1221 E. Pine, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on April 12 at 4:52 p.m. to serve a five-day sentence and is still being held.

Tyler Alan Judah, 19, 332 E. Grand, Nevada, Mo., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on April 12 at 11:16 a.m. on two Bourbon County warrants and is still being held at this time.

Kenneth Wayne Heistand, 553, 308 Bay St., Bronson, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on April 11 at 12:13 p.m. and returned to Bourbon County for court and is still being held at this time.

Micco John Poag, 37, 600 W. 15th St., Pleasanton, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sherriff's Office on April 12 at 1:31 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

Jeffery Wayne Gourd, 33, of 101 Andrick, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on April 14 at 12:10 p.m. for criminal damage to property and criminal tresspass and was released the same day at 2:28 p.m. on a $1,750 bond.

Raymond David Helgren, 36, of 41 Orchid Drive, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on April 14 at 1:46 p.m. for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct and is still being held at this time.
