FSCC to hold Aggie Day Friday

Fort Scott Community College will be hosting the 30th Annual Key Industries Interscholastic Judging Contest (Aggie Day) competition on Friday, April 1. FSCC's Aggie Day competition is one of the largest and the longest-running agricultural competitions in the area. More than 1,400 students are expected to compete, representing more than 100 high schools from the area.

Students will compete in Livestock, Meat, Dairy Foods, Poultry, Floriculture, Nursery Landscape, Entomology, Speech, Farm Business Management, Agronomy, Food Science and Land Judging. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with most competitions beginning at 8:45 a.m. Event results and awards will be at 3:30 p.m.
