Fort Scott student earns scholarship

Katelyn Torres has been awarded an Alumni Legacy License Plate Scholarship from Pittsburg State University. A Fort Scott High School senior, she will be an incoming PSU freshman.

She is the daughter of Sheryl Torres of Fort Scott.
