Franklin Martin Ramsey, age 38, 711 Spruce St., Bronson, was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Feb. 22 at 4:26 p.m. on a Montgomery County warrant and released on a $500 bond the same day at 6:25 p.m.

Nathan Scott Carey, age 21, 1943 Locust Rd., Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 22, at 4:27 p.m. on a Miami County warrant and released the same day at 5:51 p.m. on a $2,000 bond.
