DECA Chapter officers installed

The NRTC DECA chapter announces their officers for the 2010-11 school year. Leading the chapter will be (left to right): president, Kelsey Caldwell; treasurer, Shannon Jones; advisor, Martha Cubbage; secretary, Morgan Turner; vice-president, Taylor Norcross; and historian, Holly Johnson.

DECA is the only international organization specifically designed to reinforce the occupational competencies of high school students who wish to pursue a career in marketing, merchandising, management, or entrepreneurship. Over 180,000 students from the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are involved in this organization. Martha Cubbage serves as the local NRTC DECA advisor.
