Fort Scott JV volleyball splits

FORT SCOTT, Kan. -- Fort Scott High School's junior varsity volleyball team split a triangular at the FSHS gymnasium Thursday night.

The Tigers defeated Columbus, 25-15, 25-15. Kenzie Heatherly served 4 aces for the Tigers and Paige Denton served 2. Taylor Grant led with 3 kills. Fort Scott lost to Pittsburg, 25-21, 25-21.

The Tigers are playing at the Blue Valley Tournament at Stilwell, Kan. today.
