Mulberry police look into drive-by shooting

MULBERRY -- At 12:20 p.m. Monday, the Crawford County Sheriff's Department received a call of a drive-by shooting that occurred at 410 W. Perry in Mulberry.

According to Mulberry Police reports, the victim of the shooting, Duane Wahl, 33, of Mulberry reported that he was shot at by a white male, driving a newer model silver Toyota extended-cab truck. The suspect fired several shots at the residence from the vehicle and fled southbound. Wahl was unable to obtain license plate information or other suspect descriptors.

Wahl indicated he was outside the residence when the shots were fired. At least three of the shots struck Wahl's house.
