Fernandez, Miguel Antonio, 26, 1205 Maple Road, Redfield, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Thursday, May 14, 2009, at 3:35 a.m. for driving while suspended and was released on the same day at 4:59 a.m. on a $1250 bond.
Dittmar, William Scott, 43, 125 E. 21st Street, Pittsburg, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 12:50 a.m. for DUI and driving while suspended. He was released the same day at 8:50 a.m. on a $3750 bond.
Mitchell, Mark Anthony, 46, 215 North 245th Street, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 10:08 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time.
Bolan, Stephanie Lyn, 19, 121 N. Washington, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 10:54 p.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released the following day at 2:35 a.m. on a $2500 bond.
Summers-Cherry, Cody Ray, 22, 121 N. Washington, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 10:54 p.m. for possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time.
Shepard, Luke Norman, 29, 117 Washington, Uniontown, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sunday, May 17, 2009, at 1:19 a.m. for DUI and transporting an open container. He was released the same day, at 6:39 a.m. on a $1250 bond.
Law, Brian Eugene, 24, 9525 Kansas Highway 31, Blue Mound, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Monday, May 18, 2009, at 2:23 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time.
Police Reports:
At 9:59 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2009, 1701 E. Pine, Glen McReynolds reported his residence had been burglarized. Items reported stolen include: jewelery, cash, coins, and knives, for a combined value of $12,100.
At 12:29 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2009, 1920 Main, Pump N Pete's reported the theft of gasoline, valued at $66.
At 5:05 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2009, 511 S. Holbrook, Deborah Wentworth reported the theft of a digital camera, valued at $80.
At 12:48 a.m., Sunday, May 17, 2009, 101 State Street, Nicole Davis reported criminal damage to two tires, valued at $150.
