PARSONS -- Fort Scott Community College's men dropped their fifth straight game here Monday night, falling to Labette, 62-61, in Jayhawk Conference-Eastern Division play.

Before that, Fort Scott's women (3-3 East, 10-8 overall) lost to co-division leader Labette (6-0, 12-6) by an 80-71 score, breaking a three-game winning streak.

'Hound men (1-5 East, 7-11 overall) have lost their last three games by a total of seven points. Labette (2-4, 6-12) broke out of a four-way tie for seventh with the win.
