* Vann, Lynette Renee, 44, 1009 Horton, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sunday, August 10, at 9:58 a.m. for a 48-hour sentence and was released on Tuesday, August 12 for time served.

* Gort, Marissa Leigh, 30, 112 S. Hill, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, August 9, at 9:15 p.m. for driving while suspended and was released the same day at 10:07 p.m. on a $500 bond.

* Cunningham, Regina Ann, 33, 808 Shepherd Apt. 13, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, August 9, at 3:13 a.m. for a DUI and was released the same day at 9:13 a.m. for time served.

* Miles, Andrew William, 18, 623 S. Barbee, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, August 9 at 11:51 a.m. for domestic battery and disorderly conduct and was released the same day at 7:12 p.m. on a $2,750 bond.

* Lotterer, Joshua Paul, 19, 523 Heylman, Fort Scott was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for a 48-hour sentence and was released on Sunday, August 10, at 8:08 a.m. for time served.

* Grant, Quintin Duran, 25, 1705 E. Oak, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Thursday, August 7, at 8:43 a.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released the same day out 9:26 a.m. on a $2,000 bond.

* Duvall, Amanda Anita, 1118 E. Pine, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Thursday, August 7, at 8:31 a.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released the same day at 9:26 a.m. on a $2,000 bond.

* Keener, Israel Zane, 33, of 205 18th, Northeast Miami, Okla. was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Thursday, August 7, at 2:31 p.m. for battery and criminal damage to property and was released the same day at 3:51 p.m. on a $1,000 bond.

* Shelton, Jeremy David, 25, of 582 150th St., Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Thursday, August 7, at 10:28 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for the sale of opium and a Bates County warrant. Shelton is still being held at this time.

* Howland, Scotties Allen, 27, of 2416 N.E. Thomas, Topeka, Kan. was arrested by the Bourbon County Sherriff's Office on Thursday, August 7, at 4:04 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

Police reports:

* At 8:36 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, Jerry Wright reported the theft of a 30-day temporary tag, $80 and keys from a vehicle.

* At 3 p.m. on Monday, August 11, Fort Scott Motors, 1201 E. Wall, reported receiving a forged payroll check as a car payment.

* At 2:54 p.m. on Monday, August 11, the City of Fort Scott reported the theft of water services after the water had been shut off. The city also reported damage to the lock that had been placed on the water meter.

* At 1:59 p.m. on Monday, August 11, Agnus Hill, 2322 Main, reported her wallet had been stolen while shopping at Wood's Super Market.

* At 8:20 a.m. on Monday, August 11, the City of Fort Scott reported damage done to shelter house seven. The damage was sustained when someone shot holes in six of the shelter house's windows with a BB gun.

* At 6:05 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, Matthew Herman, 748 Judson, reported the theft of a porch swing which has an estimated valued at $150.

* At 9:45 p.m. on Friday, August 8, Dashonna Goodman, 501 Couch, reported a burglary, which involved a broken back door, and several missing items. The items which were stolen include: black TV DVD combo, a DVD player, five pairs of men's cargo shorts and two pairs of men's tennis shoes.

* At 8:29 a.m. on Friday, August 8, Jordan Cullor, 845 S. National, reported a broken window with an estimated valued of $150.

* At 10:49 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, Orville Harris reported the theft of an XBox 360, four wireless controllers, 14 XBox games, a headset, and a Guitar Hero.

* At 11:24 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, Taco Tico, 1804 S. National, reported a broken drive-thru window and a missing safe, which had about $611 in it.

* At 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, Megan Wiggins, 416 S. Wilson, reported the theft of a DVD player.
