* At 4:32 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, Donald Wasylk of 702 N. Shute reported criminal damage to a vehicle windshield.

* At 7:13 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the City of Fort Scott reported damage done to a wooden panel on the Gunn Park Concession stand.

* At 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, the City of Fort Scott reported the oil cap, transmission cap and radiator cap had been removed on the back hoe and the skid steer.

* At 11:05 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, Bourbon County CASA reported the burglary of a computer tower.

* At 6:14 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, Michael Kaiser of 120 S. National reported the theft of a license plate.
