Arrests

* Scott, Chad Ray, 35, of 407 1/2 Holbrook, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 11:21 a.m. on a Bourbon County Warrant for worthless checks and was released the same day at 1:17 on a $217.99 bond.

* Merriman Joshua Scott, 26, of 311 E. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 3:45 p.m. for a DUI and driving while suspended. Merriman was released on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 2:20 p.m. on a $1,000 bond.

* Hyer, Royce Martin, 22, of 105 1/2 Scott Ave., Fort Scott, was arrested on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 6:24 p.m. for driving while suspended, expired tag and no liability insurance coverage. Hyer was released the same day at 8:15 p.m. on $1,250 bond.

* Braun, Dustin Michael, 23, of 1814 N. Michigan, Pittsburg, Kan., was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 6:30 a.m. for burglary, felony theft, aggravated battery with a weapon and criminal damage to property. Braun is still being held at this time.

* Johnson, Terrelle Markquinn, 25, of 812 E. 10th, Pittsburg, Kan., was arrested on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at 1:53 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for nonsupport of a child and is still being held at this time.

* Secrist, Logan Miles, 18, of 502 Short, Fort Scott, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 1:58 a.m. for DUI, no driver's license, aggravated burglary, felony theft, obstruction of legal process, obstruction of legal duty, and making false information. Secrist is still being held at this time.

* Morillo, Joshua Harmon, 25, of 1545 215 Street, Lot 27, Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 8:43 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for driving while suspended, non-support of a child, driving while suspended, no liability insurance, expired tag, and domestic battery. Morillo is still being held at this time.

* More, Linda Lou, 51, of 710 Broadway, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 7 a.m. for driving while suspended and is still being held at this time.

* Mitchell, Keith Laron, 18, of 3029 Lister, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 4:04 p.m. on a Linn County warrant and was released the same day at 5:19 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

* Cox, Robin Faye, 22, of 115 S. Little, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 3:32 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for sale of stimulates 1,000 feet of a school, unlawfully arranging sales and no tax stamp. Cox is still being held at this time.

* Shaffer, Vincent Allen, 45, of 15 S. Holbrook, Fort Scott was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 10:46 a.m. for probation violation and is still being held at this time.

* Jonathon, Stuart Howard, 21, of 114 E. 14 Street, Fort Scott was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 9:56 a.m. for probation violation and is still being held at this time.

* Clark, Michael Ray, 46, of 1601 N. Home Street, Pittsburg, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff on Tuesday, July 15,2008 at 9:52 a.m. for return for court and is still being held at this time.

* Devoe, Kayla Danille, 25, of 24 Grace, Kinkaid, Kan., was arrested by the Bronson Police Department on Monday, July 14, 2008, at 11:28 p.m. for Bourbon County warrant for DUI, driving while suspended, obstruction of legal duty, obstruction of official duty and forgery. Devoe is still being held at this time.

* Lapiere, Matthew, 45, of 411 Burke, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 10: 16 p.m. for fleeing to elude, DUI and driving while suspended. He was released the same day at 11:03 p.m. on a $1,500 bond.

* Spears, Johnny Lee, Jr., 21, of 209 N. Caldwell, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 8:40 p.m. for driving while suspended and was released the same day at 10:28 p.m. on a $500 bond.
