* On June 21, 2008, Fort Scott Police responded to a burglary at the Gunn Park concession stand, 1010 Park Ave. Various concession items were taken and the structure received an estimated $100 in damage.
* At 4:10 p.m. on June 19, 2008, Randy Ivy reported an estimated $50 worth of spray paint damage to a shed at 1230 E. Wall.
* At 5:21 p.m. on June 20, 2008, Fort Scott Police responded to a $20 gas drive off at Pumpin' Petes gas station, 1920 S. Main.
* At 4:25 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2008, Joann Roufs reported the theft of six yard lights at 221 W. 8th Street. The lights have an estimated value of $107.
* At 4:46 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2008, Chris Cotter reported the theft of four air conditioner units located at 115 S. Broadway. The units are valued at $500 a piece.
* At 11:39 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, Jason Hicks reported the burglary of various stereo equipment items from a vehicle at 734 S. Little.

* At 3:12 on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, Fort Scott Police responded to the theft of a bicycle at 709 E. First Street.

* On Sunday, June 29, 2008, Konantz Cheney Funeral Home reported an estimated $1,000 damage to the garage door on the north end of its carport.
