Uniontown 4-H club met

President Riley Stephens called the May meeting of the Uniontown 4-H Club to order. Nineteen members answered roll call by naming their favorite bird. Holli Zellner led the members in a salute to the flag. Reed Gleason led the 4-H pledge. Leader Alicia Jackson told the members about a benefit dinner to be held for members of the Breanna Esslinger family. She invited members to help by donating food and serving the meal. Dog leader Holli Zellner gave a report on meetings to be held.

In new business, the members voted to have a club tour during the fair, Thursday afternoon. This will serve as the July meeting.

A skate trip was discussed and a committee was appointed to work out the details for a year end trip. The committee is Seth and Amber Bartlett, and Drew and Cole George.

The meeting was adjourned.
