Fort Scott Christian Heights 42 annual auction, garage sale

Fort Scott Christian Heights will be having their 42nd annual Country Store and Auction, Saturday, May 3, 2008. It will open at 9 a.m. and all proceeds will be used to purchase equipment for the school. There will also be a special feature, the Grand Evening Auction, which will begin at 6 p.m. Some of what you will find include: a giant bakery, with cakes, pies, candies and everything else imaginable; booths, with new items, quilts, handiwork, crafts, and plants; Flea Market / Garage Sale, featuring all types of used merchandise; a concession stand with snacks and Mexican food; and a dinner beginning at 4 p.m. with Chicken Annie's Chicken, B-B-Q Beef, salads, rolls, and homemade pies, $5 for adults and $3 for children.

Items, both new and used, donated by area merchants and individuals will be auctioned. Please plan to attend a great, fun--filled evening. There will also be AQHA registered horses for sale.
