Emery Kathryn Leachner, a girl, was born at Shawnee Mission Medical Center at 12:53 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2008, to parents Wade and Bethany (Fritzler) Leachner, Stillwell, Kans. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long at birth. She joins two siblings, Natalie Elizabeth, a sister, and Tyler Matthew, a brother. Maternal grandparents are Mike and Linda Leachner, Fort Scott. Maternal great--grandmother is Rosamond Shull, Parsons. Paternal grandparents are Dean and Kathy Fritzler, Olathe. Paternal great--grandmother is Elizabeth Burdette, Hutchinson.
