El Dorado Springs Police arrested a man on Wednesday, Feb. 13, for the alleged illegal use of a hidden video camera in the dressing room of an El Dorado retail store.

36-year-old Shaun Morgan, El Dorado, has been charged with a Class A misdemeanor for allegedly having a hidden surveillance camera in the dressing room of Leighann's, a retail clothing store.

Police were called to the store at 5:10 p.m. after a 43-year-old rural El Dorado resident complained that she found a hidden camera in the dressing room while shopping for Valentine's day dance dresses for her two daughters.

An investigation by police led to the arrest of Morgan who's wife owns and operates the store located at 1216 South Main Street. Morgan is set to appear in court on April 16.

One regular customer of the store said, "Oh my G**, I take my daughters there all the time."

El Dorado Police Chief Jimmy Luster said the incident is still under investigation and more information will be made available as it unfolds.

Phone calls to the clothing store and Morgan's wife were not immediately returned.
