ALBERT O. HALL
Graveside services for Albert O. Hall, 80, Eudora, KS will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at the Eudora Cemetery.
He died Friday, December 28, 2007 at the Medicalodge (formerly Eudora Nursing Center) in Eudora, KS.
He was born December 27, 1927 in Hiattville, Kansas the son of William and Elsie Harper Hall.
He worked for Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant and then for the Frisco Railroad before he attended carpentry school in Kansas City, he worked for Bob Still and then Shawnee Mission Builders before he owned and operated Albert & Son's Construction for 41 years.
He married Treavha Jones on January 28, 1950 in Fort Scott, Kansas. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include two daughters, Jackie Ayler, Eudora, KS; Barbara Houtz, Grandview, MO; two sons, Kelly Hall, Lawrence, KS; Darren Hall, Osawatomie, KS; 11 grandchildren: Gretchen Herron, Trevor Ayler, Jennifer Harris, Joshua Houtz, Justin Houtz, Joel Houtz, Kenneth Baggett Hall, Matthew Hall, Andrew Hall, Stephanie Clark and Shawna Conrad; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, David and four brothers.
Family suggests memorials in his name to Medicalodge Eudora and may be sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
Family members will greet friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at the Warren-McElwain Mortuary Eudora Chapel.
