Police report

* Fort Scott Police officers arrested three men Saturday at Gunn Park for possession of marijuana. At 8:57 p.m., officers on regular patrol noticed a parked vehicle at Gunn Park, 1010 Park Ave.

Officers arrested Jacquian A. Williams, 19, of Fort Scott, Darrius Packer, 22, of Prichard, Ala., and George Rickets, 19, of Fort Scott. They were all arrested in suspicion of possession of minimal amounts of marijuana. The three have been released from Southeast Kansas Regional Correctional Center on $1,000 bond.

* Police Sunday arrested David R. Connolly in connection with stealing a woman's purse. At 6:26 p.m. Sunday, police responded to First Church of God,1115 E. Wall St., and spoke to Linda Wilson, who reported her purse had been stolen. Wilson told police that she witnessed Connolly, 29, of Fort Scott, take the purse, according to the police report. She later got the purse back. Connolly was arrested for misdemeanor theft and released Tuesday for time served.

* Police Tuesday took a burglary and theft report from Kim Dockendoff, who told police her purse was stolen from a van at 119 Oak St. Property loss totaled $90.

* Police Friday responded to a gas drive-off at 1920 S. Main St. A driver in a big rig truck drove off without paying for $97 worth of diesel fuel. The description of the driver and truck were not determined.

* Lou, Kimya, 39, Fort Scott, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. Saturday by FSPD for domestic battery and released the same day on $500 bond.

* Collins, Pete D., 24, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Friday by FSPD for a return for court.

* Bell, Brandon S., 36, Fort Scott, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. Saturday by FSPD for driving under the influence and a Nevada County warrant and released the same day on $5,500 bond.

* Godeaux, James T., 19, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and released Nov. 8 on $2,000 bond.

* Dukes, Jonathon M., 19, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and released Nov. 8 on $2,000 bond.

* Benham, Whitney M., 19, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and released the same day on $2,000 bond.

* Smithey, Bruce A., 48, Fort Scott,was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for driving with suspended license and no liability insurance coverage required and released the same day on $1,000 bond.

* Burton, Mallory J., 20, Fort Scott, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for driving with suspended license and released the same day on $234 bond.

* Roche, Timothy J., 22, Fort Scott, was arrested at 6:14 p.m.Nov.7 by FSPD for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana and released Nov. 8 on $2,000 bond.

* Sitington, Blake E., 18, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and released Nov.8 on $2,000 bond.

* McFarren, Brady P., 18, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for purchasing/consuming alcohol by a minor and no liability insurance coverage and released Nov. 8 on $750 bond.

* Summers-Cherry, Cody R., 20, Fort Scott, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Nov. 8 by FSPD for minor in possession of alcohol and transporting an open container.

* Donaldson, Trevor S., 18, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. Nov. 7 by FSPD for purchasing/consuming alcohol by a minor and released Nov. 8 on $250 bond.

* Brown, Brandon S., 24, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Nov. 8 by FSPD on an Allen County warrant and released the same day on $360 bond.

* Sunell, Michael E., 31, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. Friday by FSPD for driving with suspended license and obstruction of legal/official duty and released the same day on $1,500 bond.

* Hartman, Terry J., 50, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. Thursday by FSPD for driving with suspended license, expired illegal registration and no liability insurance coverage and released Friday on $1,250 bond.

* Mistler, Randi J., 23, Adrian, Mo., was arrested at 11:55 a.m. Sunday by Bourbon County Sheriff's Deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for misdemeanor theft and is being held at SEKRCC.

* Willard, Marion L.,49, Fort Scott,was arrested at 11:31 a.m. Nov. 8 for a two-year sentence.

* Cochran, Misty L., 25, Fort Scott,was arrested at 11:31 a.m. Nov. 8 by sheriff's deputies for battery.

* Reeves, Edward, 51, Fort Scott,was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Nov.8 by deputy sheriffs on two Bourbon County warrants for burglary and criminal threat.

* Stogsdill, David L. Jr., 25, Kansas City, Kan., was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Monday by sheriff's deputies for nonsupport of a child and is being held at SEKRCC.
